Some Life of Kai products may be printed, embroidered, manufactured, customized, or otherwise produced after an order is placed.
These products may require production or fulfillment time before shipment.
Certain personalized, customized, or made-to-order merchandise may be subject to different cancellation, return, or exchange restrictions.

Life of Kai reserves the right to change product prices before an order is placed.
Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law.

Order processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, international delivery, split shipments, lost packages, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, and related matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Life of Kai is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise, Final Sale items, return shipping, and related matters are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

13. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.
Made-to-order, personalized, customized, printed, or embroidered products may not be cancelable once production has begun.
